I manage the full selection process, including application review, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks. Candidates are assessed not only on capability, but on cultural alignment and potential, ensuring recommendations are genuine and considered. I then support offer negotiations to ensure clarity and confidence for both parties.

Helping new employees settle in and succeed

My involvement doesn’t end at placement. I provide ongoing support to both employer and new employee through structured check-ins, feedback, and guidance during the onboarding period. This ensures a smooth transition, strong engagement, and a successful long-term outcome.
