Natasha Threadgold Recruitment & Consulting was created from a genuine desire to support individuals and businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clinicians, business owners, individuals, leaders and management and have seen firsthand the pressure that comes with balancing people, performance and growth.
With a strong background in building high-performing teams, individuals and scalable practices, I bring a calm, thoughtful approach grounded in clear communication, strategic insight and genuine connection.
